Terms & Condition

On confirmation of the programme from the " Company " and your acceptence in writting a reservation deposit of USD 250.00 per person is required to be paid directly to the "Company's" bankers, vide swift transfer, with a confirmation copy of the same to the "Company's " headquarters, at New Delhi.The bank transfer charges will beyour own. The reservation deposit charge per person is included in your tour total quotation. We will deduct the reservation deposit charge from the total quotation when you send the balance payment.

A reservation for your tour will not be considered firm until the deposit is received. By sending the deposit, you agree to be bound by our General Terms and Conditions.The final or full payment is required 30 days prior to the tour commence. In cases where tour programme includes Luxury Train/ Resorts reservations, 100% deposit is required minimum 60 days prior to commencement of journey. While the " Company" will use its best endeavours to operate all tours as advertised, reasonable changes in the itinerary may be made where deemed necessary or advisable by the " Company". The " Company" reserves the right to cancel a tour and in this case will offer alternative arrangements or a full refund of any moneys paid to the " Company", for booking that particular tour. All refunds will be processed and sent through our bankers, directly to the clients bank. No refund will be made in cash nor any refund is applicable for any unused services which are included in the original tour price. For all such changes, payments have to be made on spot at our New Delhi office or to our authorised personal.

The reservation deposit of USD250.00 per person is non-refundable if the client cancels the tour, but it may be applied for your next trip provided it is taken within the next 18 months. The reservation deposit will not be calculated into the charge of the cancellation percentage.

 


Responsibility

The " Company " only acts as agents for the owners, contractors, suppliers of transportation and local operators/ agents and/ or other related travel services provided and assume no liability or responsibility for additional expenses howsoever caused arising directly or indirectly from the actions or commission of such independent parties, accidents, loss or damage to person or property, delays, transport failures, strikes, war, force major, acts of god etc. over which it has no control. The " Company " accepts no liability for any circumstances arising pursuant to the agreement constituted by acceptance of these conditions by the client save (1) where such circumstances derives directly from a failure by the " Company " to use due diligence in the selection of persons for whom it acts as agent or (2) for negligence on the part of its employees causing death or personal injury or (3) to the extent of recovery by the client under the insurance cover enacted pursuant to these conditions. Clients are strongly advised to insure adequately for the full duration of their tour in aspect of illness, injury, death,theft of baggage and personal effects, in their home country.

We are not responsible for any unauthorized extra services that the client requires with the local agent, local guide or the driver temporarily in different cities beyond our confirmed itinerary. In this case, we will not take any responsibility for losses on shopping, extra attractions, destinations etc, but we will try our best to help our clients get out of the difficulties including chasing compensation if any damages or losses occur. Our mission is to provide an exceptional travel experience to every person who travels with us.

We will take all benefits and all losses of any fluctuations, lower or higher in airfares, cruise fares, currency devaluation, park fee increases, taxes, or fuel surcharges after we have received the full payment. And we reserve the right to correct promotional or pricing errors or to increase the tour price in the event of cost increases due to changes in airfares, cruise fares, currency devaluation, park fee increases, taxes, or fuel surcharges before we receive your reservation deposit.

We are not responsible for acts of terrorism, political unrest, war, earthquake, landslide, delay or cancellation of the flights or cruises.We reserve the right to change the trains and flights we have arranged for you in the itinerary, and we guarantee to makeyour tour go smoothly unless the flights or trains are totally cancelled or chartered.


Cancellations

C'MORE "The Company" accepts bookings subject to the following conditions:
On confirmation of the programme from the " Company " a deposit equal to 50% (fifty) of the contracted value of the tour price is required to be sent directly to the "Company's" bankers, vide swift transfer/ credit card with a confirmation copy of the same to the "Company's " headquarters, at New Delhi. The balance of the contracted value 50% (Fifty) shall be paid not less than 35 days before commencement of tour OR a deposit of 100% (Hundred) is required 35 days before commencement of tour.

Please note for Group Travel, Luxury Resorts or Luxury Train holidays & during Peak season (December to February) 100% (Hundred) is required minimum 90 days prior to travel date.

CANCELLATIONS:
Travel dates may be changed up to 35 days prior to travel without penalty. An administration charge of 10% will be charged, if a confirmed booking is changed or transferred up to 35 days before commencement of the tour. After this time all changes will be treated as cancellation and will be subject to the charges mentioned below. Cancellation charges are calculated from the day, written acceptance of confirmation along with deposit is received by the “Company” and expressed herewith as a percentage of the total tour price including surcharge as follows:

Cancellation Charges: Days Prior to Arrival – up to 35 Days: 10%
  • 34 to 10: Days: 40%
  • Less than 10 Days: 65%
  • Day Tour starts: 100% (No Refund)
  • All disputes subject to Delhi Courts only.

  • PAYMENTS
    We accept credit cards via PayPal and direct bank transfers. All remittances by foreign nationals should be via credit card OR via direct Bank wire -transfer from sender’s bank to recipient’s bank account in New Delhi with copy of confirmation sent to us.


    Please Note

    • Please make sure that you have got your valid passport and visa minimum 20 days before your entry to India. We can send you a free official invitation to assist you to obtain your visa after the reservation deposit is received.If your tours contain other Asian countries arranged by us, you are requested to check and follow the visa policy of the country you are going to visit at the nearest embassy or consulate
    • Please be sure to check carefully your international and domestic air tickets you purchase so that you are fully aware of the policies of different airline companies
    • Gratitude, long distance telephone charges, room service etc. not included in any of the tours offered.
